Marla stared her career in fashion in wholesale sales and operations at Jones Apparel Group and then for LVMH and then went on to work in the buying offices at Bloomingdale’s. Marla then spent 6 years at DVF, first focusing on growing their domestic retail presence and then as Director of Ecommerce running their web business. After DVF, Marla worked for Sandro and Maje and launched the Parisian brands in free-standing stores and shop-in-shops as well as online in the US.

Kelland Willis has been working in global retail for 10 years. Starting her career working in Beijing at one of China’s first luxury websites, 5lux.com, she ran the editorial content for their luxury fashion blog. While in China she also worked as a high-tech import/export trade consultant at Larkin Trade where she worked closely with the Ministry of Foreign Commerce. Upon returning to the US Kelland spent nearly three years at Forrester Research covering global retail with a sharp focus on China. Today, Kelland is working on the launch of SAP’s first global SME commerce solution.

Sara Wyman joined Affirm in 2015 as the Head of Merchant Strategy, where she is spearheading the advancement of Affirm’s core product into new verticals and applications to align with the needs of our always-innovating retail merchants. Prior to Affirm, Sara ran ecommerce & retail at Reformation where she designed, launched and managed an integrated ecommerce platform, resulting in 189% YoY sales growth and increased conversion by 51% in 2014 for the online channel. Prior to Reformation, Sara led the payments initiative at Etsy, expanding the platform into 15 international markets and driving a new revenue line which grew to represent 20% of total company revenue within 12 months.
