Prior to Affirm, Sara ran ecommerce & retail at Reformation where she designed, launched and managed an integrated ecommerce platform, resulting in 189% YoY sales growth and increased conversion by 51% in 2014 for the online channel. Prior to Reformation, Sara led the payments initiative at Etsy, expanding the platform into 15 international markets and driving a new revenue line which grew to represent 20% of total company revenue within 12 months. Before making the move to ecommerce and payments, Sara spent 5 years working at UBS Investment Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in investment banking and equity sales functions where she focused on consumer & retail clients. Sara holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
